September - December

	Continuing to put mulch on all flower beds
	Electrical in basement
	Metal framing for some ceiling areas

Annual massive clean up of leaves

January - April 2007

	Electrical inspection & approval for cover
	Insulating walls and cavities
	Insulation inspection & approval for cover

Sheetrock...our favorite...NOT!

May  - August

	In May, aerated lawn, thatched twice, then reseeded. Hot weather not so helpful.
	Had another electrical inspection in July, then back to sheetrock
	Nearly finished with sheetrock in August. Getting ready for fall outside (cleaning gutters, trimming bushes, and so forth)

September  - December

	Repainted second house, garage, & shed, but touch-ups await for spring.
	Annual fall clean-up & moss control outside
	Finished installing sheetrock, then mud/tape/texture at the end of December
	It SNOWED on Christmas!!
